Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DDSBridge (“the Service”), provided by DDSBridge (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DDSBridge is a managed remote desktop platform built on open-source technology, providing secure remote access capabilities for dental practices and healthcare organizations. The Service includes the DDSBridge client software, relay server infrastructure, and managed support.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.
  • All plans include a 14-day free trial period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use DDSBridge to:

  • Access systems without proper authorization
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Conduct illegal activities
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the relay infrastructure

5. Service Level

We target 99.9% uptime for our relay infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure events, third-party services, or your own infrastructure.

6. HIPAA and Compliance

For subscribers requiring HIPAA compliance, we will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) upon request. Both parties agree to comply with applicable provisions of the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.

7. Data and Security

All remote sessions are end-to-end encrypted. We do not access, store, or monitor session content. Session metadata (timestamps, device IDs, duration) is logged for audit and security purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

DDSBridge is a branded service built on RustDesk's open-source technology (AGPL-3.0). The DDSBridge brand, website content, custom client builds, and managed infrastructure are the property of DDSBridge.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DDSBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your account data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
